One of the most Critcal exercises!



This exercise is a must when it comes to LONG TERM health and physical function. I put my Dad (67 years old) on a routine including this exercise because he was getting back spasms when tying his shoes or doing everyday house hold chores. He felt better within WEEKS.

If you are not doing this then you are missing the boat!
